RELOCATION PLANNING

Tabush works with the relocation professionals and vendors that are involved in the physical relocation of the IT infrastructure and services.

  • Migration of all communication services on relocation date
  • Relocation of all back office systems to the new office space and integration with new physical network with minimal downtime
  • Relocation of all desktop/office based systems to the new office and integration with new physical network
  • Day/week one support

5 COMMON PROBLEMS

We take care of the details.

  • IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Coordination of IT is complex and falls outside of the General Contractor/Architect, so it needs to be managed by the client who doesn't have the expertise.

  • DESIGNING YOUR OWN IT
Working with the architect early in the project in order to design the physical IT infrastructure - printers, faxes, access points - is key to ensure your initial construction costs are set correctly.

  • AVOIDING ADDITIONAL COSTS
Involve us early in the process, and we'll ensure physical IT needs are aligned with the GC's construction schedule. Misalignment here can lead to future cost overruns.

  • INTERNET AND PHONE ACCESS
Your preferred phone and internet service providers may not be available in the new space or are ordered too late to be set up on day one. We'll ensure you have these services when you need them.

  • OLD TECHNOLOGY
Don't forget to plan for your audio, visual, and security needs. Designing and integrating these into your IT infrastructure lets you take advantage of the newest functionality available.
