Initially founded in 1983 as a children’s outerwear company, Outerstuff saw the value in creating cutting-edge, athlete-centric fashion to meet the specialized needs of the youth market. Headquartered in New York City, Outerstuff has grown to be a global presence.

A Team Effort

Since 2005, Tabush Group has managed Outerstuff’s network and handled their day-to- day IT needs. In 2011, Outerstuff decided it was time to move to a space that reflected their tremendous success. They chose a beautiful, brand-new, multi-level 50,000 square-foot office in New York City. They were so busy they barely had time to manage the move. In order to make this a success, Outerstuff required a hands-on, round-the-clock IT project manager that they could trust. Tabush Group stepped up to the plate!

Tabush Group was hired to provide both full IT project management and all of the necessary IT upgrades for their new space. The job had many moving parts. Due to their dynamic schedule and the magnitude of the project, it was necessary for the multiple vendors, trades and IT upgrades to occur simultaneously. Tabush Group handled it all; they scheduled vendors for low voltage, phone, telecom, anti virus, security and internet service.

Tabush Group Hits a Home Run! 

After months of hard work, the job was finally completed; and Outerstuff moved into their new office. Because of the time Tabush Group invested in consulting and planning prior to the start of the project, everything went as planned. Outerstuff moved 15 servers and 180 PCs with zero unplanned downtime, fully managed vendor coordination, and handled an easy-to-close-out punch list.

More than a decade later, Outerstuff continues to use Tabush Group as their managed IT services partner. Thanks to a job well done, the Tabush Group team and Outerstuff were able to build a great business relationship and achieve the ultimate goal - a long-lasting partnership.
